Prices

Order address All prices are net, per item, taking into account the packaging units offered, plus statutory VAT. Invoicing is in euros. Changes in design, shape, color or type of printing are possible and are therefore reserved by Bensussen Deutsch & Associates GmbH. In such a case, the customer will be informed in good time in advance.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is €60.00 net value of goods. For smaller orders, the contractor may charge a minimum quantity surcharge of €10.00.
Deliveries are made in predetermined packaging units.

Payment arrangements

You will receive the invoice directly from Bensussen Deutsch & Associates GmbH. Please transfer there directly, up to 30 days net. The invoice contains net prices. The currently applicable VAT is listed and calculated separately.

All orders leave our house within 2 working days.

Delivery time and shipping costs

Bensussen Deutsch & Associates GmbH ships domestically on an ex works basis, excluding packaging. Shipping costs per parcel up to 31 kg: € 6.75. Different shipping methods and shipping costs apply to foreign countries. Please follow the instructions when ordering online. Bensussen Deutsch & Associates GmbH will inform the customer in advance should there be any deviations from this, e.g. due to a higher weight of the consignment.

Order confirmation

When ordering via the online shop, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If this does not arrive within a few hours, we would ask you to contact us, as we may not have received your order properly.

Cargo insurance

Your deliveries are automatically insured against damage or loss at no cost to you.

Tax aspects of promotional gifts

Promotional gifts are business expenses. The expenses for this must be reported individually and separately from other operating expenses. They are deductible up to €35.00 net per gift, recipient and year. Bulk bookings are only allowed for items of low value. These are, for example, simple ballpoint pens, disposable lighters, etc., because the limit of €35.00 net per recipient and financial year is not reached here.

Notice of defects

Any notices of defects must be asserted and justified immediately, returns must be agreed with Bensussen Deutsch & Associates GmbH. The goods complained about are to be sent prepaid to Bensussen Deutsch & Associates GmbH. If defects are found, Bensussen Deutsch & Associates GmbH is entitled to deliver replacement goods that are in perfect condition or to make improvements or - if this is not possible - to cancel the delivery contract.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Bensussen Deutsch & Associates GmbH until full payment has been made. We reserve the right to change prices and patterns. Place of jurisdiction is Kissing.
